Put our experience to work for you! Bear Creek understands that one service plan doesn’t fit all, so we have several different choices to fit your property needs. We also offer a custom package that is specifically designed to meet your specifications.
Property Concierge Services $60.00/month
Spend your time enjoying your lake property, while we take care of the work! Let us manage all of your property needs and eliminate the need for you to worry about them. We will work with your current service providers or provide our trusted service providers.
Services that we will arrange for:
Lawn service - Snow removal - Garbage service -
Maintenance - Septic Pumping - Cleaning -
Window washing - Beach grooming - Fuel Oil -
Propane - Construction - Rental services -
Firewood - Painting/Staining - Pressure washing -
Winterizing equipment - Open/Close cabin - Boat -
Sprinkler system start up & blow out - Holiday lighting
Winter Watch $80.00/month (November to April)
Now there is no need to worry about your cabin in the winter. Your property will be inspected 2 to 3 times a month from November to April. We will check for roof snow depths, ice damming, signs of vandalism and provide you with a monthly report. You can choose to have your monitoring companies contact us if a problem occurs. The problem will then be addressed and dealt with in a timely matter. Additional visits and emergency visits are available for an additional fee.
Property Concierge with Winter Watch $100.00/month
Save time and money when you combine both plans. This plan provides the benefits of Winter Watch and Property Concierge.
The Custom Deluxe Price is based on services provided
This package allows you to design a program to specifically fit your needs. Items include but are not limited to boat detailing, reservations, airport transportation, catering, laundry, carpet cleaning, and more.
Rental Agent Fee based on percentage of gross rent
If you use your cabin as an income source let us help you achieve your goals. Our agents will market your property, book your reservations, collect payments & deposits, schedule cleanings, and handle all the property maintenance items. We will also analysis your property and help you increase income potential. Records will be kept and provided to you on a monthly basis.
